The Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use by Bizzo Casino's customers (collectively referred to herein as "Customer" or individually as "you") of Bizzo Casino services, which include, but are not limited to, any service provided through the website.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply: "Service" means any facility offered by Bizzo Casino which enables you to access a specific functionality; "User Account" means the personal account created for each Customer in order to use Bizzo Casino's services. Each User Account is unique and may only be accessed by one individual.

Acceptance of Terms

You acknowledge that these Terms are subject to change without prior notice, at which time your continued use of our Service shall constitute acceptance thereof.

Intellectual Property Rights

The entire contents of the website (collectively, "Material") and any software is protected by applicable law, including copyright and intellectual property laws. By accessing and using our services you agree not to remove or alter any visible or non-visible trademarks, logos, service marks, trade dress, trade names, patents, copyrights, or other proprietary designations of Bizzo Casino.

Usage Restrictions

• You shall use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Any unauthorized access to our services constitutes an infringement of applicable law and is subject to legal consequences under Irish jurisdiction. By breaching this provision you agree not to hold us responsible.
• All transactions through Bizzo Casino are recorded by the regulator.

Password Security

You are required to use your password in good faith for accessing User Accounts, with strict instructions that it must be confidential and shall only be used solely by the designated individual. Should there be any breach or reason to suspect misuse of passwords we will inform you without delay through any means we consider suitable to resolve this situation.

Payment

• All transactions conducted in EUR are governed by these Terms, applicable Irish law including laws relating to consumer protection, and all orders placed shall imply acceptance for the price of goods as displayed on our website at time.
• Prices include VAT. A handling fee may be charged.

Refunds

No refunds will be given except where we cancel a Service which has been prepaid by you; in such cases an amount equal to that paid, including any tax, shall be returned within thirty days of cancellation notice sent to us.

Indemnification

You agree, at your own expense and on an indemnified basis as against Bizzo Casino, third parties, their officers, employees or agents, jointly and severally, defend, hold harmless, and compensate each such party from all claims that may arise out of

• any material breach by you of the Agreement;
• inaccuracy of information submitted during registration;
• use contrary to agreed purposes.

Limitation on Liability

Bizzo Casino will be liable for damages only if loss is directly due to our own misconduct, i.e. intent or gross negligence under Irish law and within jurisdiction limits permitted for such losses. Where we provide information from third parties or facilitate access to third-party services this agreement shall not apply as regards these functions.

Governing Law

The laws of Ireland, including the Competition Act 2002, the European Communities (Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts) Regulations 1995 and all relevant subordinate legislation hereunder and all other applicable consumer protection regulations, governing our service with regard to Consumers; all disputes shall be determined exclusively by Irish courts.

Amendments

This Agreement is subject to change from time to time. Changes will be posted on the website but may also include changes which affect your rights under law or regulation in which case we have no duty of notification and they come into effect immediately upon posting.
